How is coaching different than therapy?

Therapy takes a look at your past and tells you why you are the way you are. It helps you process things that have happened and gives you a space to talk. Life coaching teaches you the skills you need to feel better. You learn how to use your thoughts to change your life, you learn how to manage big emotions, and you learn how to approach your relationships so that you can talk effectively to your husband and friends. Most of all, you learn how to create anything you want in your life. Confidence, peace, family success.

I can teach you how to reduce anxiety by more than 80% and teach your kids how to do the same.
