Hi, I’m Nicole

I know you’re here for the juicy details of my life and how I’m qualified to help you so I’m going to give you exactly what you’re looking for:

As a young girl, I was placed in the foster system with my little brother. We bounced around from home to home and experienced things no young child should. I was a 7-year old who had the weight of the world on my shoulders and I was determined to keep my little brother safe.

Our parents were good people but got into drugs and couldn’t keep steady jobs. We missed them intensely and I know they tried their best to get us back, but things kept getting in the way.

In the fall of 1999 my dad lost his life to suicide and we were officially available for adoption. A family who couldn’t have children of their own took us in and made us (me, my little brother, and my new baby sister who was born while we were in the system) part of their family.

I spent the rest of my adolescence trying to figure out how to be a kid, how to bond with new parents, and how to hold on to the people I loved from my childhood.

I became a deep people pleaser and perfectionist, believing that I was only lovable if I was doing things perfectly and nobody could see a single flaw.

I married my husband in 2011 and we had a baby boy a year later. As my family grew and my insecurities reared their ugly heads, I knew that if I wanted to be happy and stop sabotaging my relationships, I had to figure myself out. I had to heal from toxic habits and learn to love myself for who I truly was without putting other people’s opinion of me as the most important thing in my life.

I dove into the self help world (I was already a psychology major in college) and grew to love the different ways of looking at life. One day I stumbled upon life coaching after a friend shared a podcast with me. Something woke up in my brain and I knew that this was the answer I had been looking for. I quickly learned everything I could with free materials and then jumped at the chance to be trained by an LDS life coach named Jody Moore. Her training changed my life completely and I have never looked back.

I love helping people stop feeling like a victim of their life. I feel absolute fulfillment when I get a message from a mom who has set a boundary and feels good about it, has stopped having panic attacks, or who can fall asleep easily at night and actually likes what she sees in the mirror. I know what you’ve been through because I’ve been through it too. And I can help you have your own beautiful transformation. I can’t wait to get to know you.
